Newlands official opening celebrations
By Cotswold Life on January 16th 2012
Newlands recently opened its doors and gardens in celebration of 20 years, with the arrival of Dame Janet Trotter DBE, the Lord Lieutenant of Gloucestershire and President of Age UK Gloucestershire.
A fabulous champagne afternoon tea was enjoyed by all after which Dame Janet, who also chairs the ‘Aging Well’ committee, commented on how all the residents are ‘aging very well, and in no short part because of the care, hospitality & beauty that is Newlands’.
Newlands is a unique haven offering care and hospitality in elegant Cotswold stone buildings, surrounded by stunning gardens.
